All students are required to give at least 48 hours’ notice to the school for canceling the drive times. Cancellation of a drive time with less than 24 hours’ notice, FOR ANY REASON, will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Students will not be able to schedule the remaining BTW lessons unless the late cancellation fee has been paid.
Drive times are scheduled once the class portion is finished. The dates and times are chosen by the students and are given to students during the second week of class, driving school will not call/text/email parents/driving coaches to send them the dates given to students (unless requested by them), it is student’s responsibility to make parents/driving coaches aware of the dates. We do have a back log when it comes to scheduling drive times, drive times usually start 10 to 12 weeks after the class finishes. (Driving school is not required to send out reminders for drive times, students are responsible of remembering their dates and times, and they need to notify the driving school for any changes needed 24 hours before in order avoid the late fees.)
